Butter Bran Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation

Mix together and let cool until lukewarm.
Dissolve 2 packages yeast in 1 cup warm water.
Add 2 or 3 cups whole wheat flour; mix well.
Add 1/2 of 5 or 6 cups white flour.
Mix well and add rest of flour.
Makes 2 (2 pound) loaves.
