Chocolate Covered Nougats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed milk
    2 boxes 4x sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 qt. chopped nuts
    2 boxes semi-sweet chocolate squares
    1/4 to 1 block paraffin
Preparation
    Mix condensed milk, 4x sugar, butter, vanilla and nuts; chill thoroughly.
    Roll into small balls.
    Melt paraffin in a double boiler first.
    Add chocolate and melt.
    Beat until smooth.
    Dip balls into mixture until coated on all sides.
    Drop on wax paper.
