Pistachio Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plus 2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts
2/3 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkg. pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Crust:
Mix well the flour, butter and nuts.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Let cool.
