Tomatoes With Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium tomatoes
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. fresh corn kernels
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Core tomatoes. Scoop out seeds and pulp. Sprinkle shells with salt and pepper. Invert on paper towels and drain 20 minutes.
