Curried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. pared, chopped apple
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1/4 c. flour
1 c. light cream
1 c. chicken bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken (breasts)
Preparation

In a large pan, saute apple, onion, garlic and curry powder in butter until tender. Gradually add flour, then cream and bouillon. Cook and stir until sauce boils for about 1 minute. Add seasonings and chicken; cook for 10 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice (about 3 to 4 cups).
