Vegetable Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed and cut into bite size pieces
8 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
Add the broccoli, cauliflower, noodles and 1/4 cup cheese; mix gently.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
