Bavarian Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head white cabbage
    1 large red onion
    2 shredded carrots
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 c. cider vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Toss sliced/shredded vegetables in bowl.
    In small saucepan, bring to boiling vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and dry mustard.
    Pour hot dressing over vegetables.
    Toss thoroughly. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
    Toss before serving.
