Rhubarb Crunch Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. flour
1/3 c. margarine
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Mix brown sugar, oats, flour and margarine with cinnamon until crumbly.
Press half of mixture into 9 x 9-inch pan.
Cover with rhubarb.
