Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour (1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white)
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. melted Crisco
    15 oz. Raisin Bran cereal
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Mix eggs, buttermilk and Crisco, then mix with dry ingredients.
    Bake in muffin tins at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Stores well in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. This recipe makes a lot, 1/2 recipe may be plenty.
