Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. lime juice
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can condensed milk
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Separate the eggs.
    Beat egg whites until very stiff, adding sugar as you beat; set aside.
    Beat yolks until light colored and fluffy.
    Add lime juice and beat together.
    Add the condensed milk and beat 3 to 4 minutes.
    Fold in beaten egg whites until blended. Pour into pie shell and freeze.
    Remove later and top with whipping cream.
    Return to freezer.
    Freeze again.
    Let it sit out of freezer for 5 minutes before serving.
