Diabetic Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oil
    5 Tbsp. liquid sugar substitute
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. diced apple
    chopped nuts for topping
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given in a large bowl (except nuts). Pour into a lightly greased and floured 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top with nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    This is good served warm with ice cream.
    Makes 16 servings.
