Weight Watchers Orange Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
1 small box sugar-free orange jello (add dry)
20 oz. can crushed pineapple in own juice (use about 1/2 juice)
11 oz. can Mandarin oranges in light syrup, drain
6 maraschino cherries
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except Cool Whip.
After mixing well, fold in Cool Whip.
One half cup serving equals 1 fruit, 1/2 protein and 20 calories.
