Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 2/3 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    toppings (powdered sugar, fruit, cinnamon, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together well.
    Pour through a funnel into hot grease (a Fry Daddy works well).
    Cook on both sides until brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Add toppings and eat while warm.
