Soft Taco Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 packet taco seasoning mix
    1 c. water
    6 soft tortillas
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) bottle Tostitos Salsa Con Queso (mild or spicy)
    1 c. shredded cheese mix (Mexican mix with yellow and white cheese)
    sour cream (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown beef in 10-inch skillet on stove top, breaking into dime-size or smaller pieces; drain well.
    Stir in seasoning mix and 1 cup water.
    Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce heat to medium-high.
    Simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Stir in Salsa Con Queso thoroughly.
