Budget Stretcher - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans tomatoes, or 6-8 fresh tomatoes
    4 cups water
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 or 6 oz broken spaghetti
    salt, pepper and bacon drippings to taste.
Preparation
    Boil water, onions, tomatoes and seasoning until onions are tender.
    Add spaghetti and cook until tender.
    (Better second day!)
