Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. broccoli (1 1/2 lb.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. salad dressing
1 stick (softened) margarine
2 eggs
1 chopped medium onion
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain.
Put in ungreased casserole dish. Combine soup, salad dressing, margarine, egg and onion.
Mix well. Pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle top with cheese and crackers. Press into casserole.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until top is brown.
Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
