Chicken Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 or 4 Tbsp. minced onions
2 (4 oz.) cans chicken, drain well
Preparation

Blend with fork the cream cheese, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Add onions (a little sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed may be added, if desired).
Add chopped chicken last. Form a ball.
Cover with about 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped pecans.
Refrigerate.
