Rolled Oats Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oatmeal (quick cooking)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix oatmeal and water together; set aside to cool.
Cream the butter, sugars and eggs.
Add the flour, cinnamon and soda.
Mix in oatmeal mixture.
Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
