Avery'S Best Ever Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs, well beaten
    6 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cream shortening and sugar together.
    Slowly add boiling water.
    When almost dissolved, add the cup of cold water.
    When this mixture is lukewarm, add the yeast and allow to dissolve.
    Add beaten eggs, flour and salt; mix well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Brush tops with melted butter, fold over and rebutter.
    Place in warm place 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
