Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk or evaporated milk
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
paprika or parsley flakes
Preparation

Arrange potatoes in a buttered glass casserole.
Sprinkle with flour, salt and onion.
Mix lightly.
Stir in milk and dot with butter.
Cook, covered, 15 to 18 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.
Rest, covered, for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over top and garnish with paprika or parsley flakes.
