Beef And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced, peeled, raw potatoes
    1 Tbsp. cut up onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Apply evenly in greased 2-quart baking dish the potatoes and 1 tablespoon of onions.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of pepper and parsley flakes.
    Mix ground beef, milk, cracker crumbs, catsup, 1/4 cup onions, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
    Spread evenly over potatoes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until potatoes are tender (50 to 60 minutes).
    Serves 4 large helpings.
