Chinese Sparerib Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and brush on cooked ribs.
    Broil for 5 minutes; turn ribs over and repeat.
    Use the remaining sauce as a dip when serving.
