Two-Cheese Seafood Linguini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 oz. linguini or any other favorite pasta
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 Tbsp. butter
1 fresh medium tomato, chopped
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. crabmeat, shrimp or fish
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese or shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
While pasta is cooking, cook garlic and oregano in butter in a saucepan, stirring frequently, for about 1 minute.
Add chopped tomato and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until tomato is cooked through.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until Blue cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
Place hot-cooked pasta on a serving dish and top with sauce.
Yields 3 to 4 servings.
