Pasta And Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 c. chicken stock or water
    2 medium plum tomatoes, chopped
    1 small carrot, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    6 garlic cloves, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley and basil leaves (dried may be used)
    2 cans cannellini beans
    Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.
    Add tomatoes, celery, carrot and chicken stock or water and simmer about 1 hour.
    Add beans, parsley and sweet basil and simmer 15 minutes.
    Cook any kind of small macaroni separately.
    Drain pasta.
    Mix together with beans.
    Add Parmesan or Romano cheese.
