Broccoli, Cheese And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rice
1 stick butter
1/2 c. onions or 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
20 oz. bag chopped broccoli
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook rice.
Melt butter.
Add onions or onion soup mix.
Stir in creamed soups and Velveeta cheese.
After cheese has melted, stir in broccoli.
Add to cooked rice in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
Mix well and cook for about 20 minutes.
