Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/8 c. butter
2 eggs (separate whites)
3 Tbsp. flour
juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks.
Add remaining ingredients (flour, lemon juice, lemon rind and milk).
After thoroughly mixed, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into unbaked pie shell (9-inch). Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
