Mom'S Judy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. strawberry jello
    2 c. hot water
    12 ice cubes
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2/3 small container small curd cottage cheese
    1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Stir until all is dissolved.
    Add ice cubes; stir until melted.
    Let gel in refrigerator until semi-soft.
    Add cottage cheese, nuts and pineapple (make sure pineapple has been well drained).
    Thoroughly stir and let gel.
