Turkey And Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    2 1/3 c. water
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. diced turkey
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice mix
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat.
    Add onion and mushrooms; cook 2 minutes, until the onion is translucent.
    Add water and broth; stir in rice mix and seasoning mix.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, until the rice is tender.
    Add sherry and boil 1 minute.
    Add turkey. Reduce heat to low.
