Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine
1/2 c. light molasses
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 c. firmly packed lightly brown sugar
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter in mixing bowl; gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Blend in molasses. Sift together flour, ginger, cinnamon and baking soda.
Gradually add to creamed mixture; chill dough.
