Weight Watchers Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. beef bouillon (2 cubes)
    2 c. chicken bouillon (2 cubes)
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 small can green chiles, chopped
    1 tsp. cumin seed
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. picante sauce (or more)
    6 corn tortillas, cut into slices
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    12 oz. cooked chicken
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oleo.
    Add remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas and cook in crock-pot or simmer on stove for 1 hour.
    Add cheese and tortillas and simmer 10 minutes more.
