Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 larger fryer, cooked, deboned and chopped
    kielbasa sausage, cut in pieces
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped okra
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 or 2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 large can tomatoes, chopped or mashed
Preparation
    Saute onions, garlic, bell pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons of oil.
    Using stock from chicken, add chicken, okra and sausage pieces.
    Bring to a gentle boil.
    Add sauteed ingredients.
    Add bay leaf and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
