Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
4 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. minced onion
6 corn tortillas
8 slices cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown meat and drain off grease.
Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In small mixing bowl mix tomato sauce, chili powder, onion and sugar and set aside.
