Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    2 Tbsp. cooked onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 c. crumbled crackers
    3 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk, scalded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
