Chinese Style Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup of the water to a boil in saucepan.
    Stir in rice. Remove from heat; cover.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook egg in margarine in a 10-inch skillet until set.
    Ad onion and the rice and cook and stir over medium heat until rice and onion are lightly browned.
    Combine remaining water and soy sauce.
    Stir into rice.
    Makes 3 cups or 4 servings.
