Super Lemonade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oranges
    5 lemons
    1 1/2 oz. citric acid
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    3 lb. sugar
Preparation
    Slice oranges and lemons thinly.
    Barely cover with water. Let stand an hour.
    Take out pulp and discard rinds.
    Dissolve acid in 1 cup warm water and add to the mixture along with the pineapple.
    Dissolve sugar in enough water to make 3 gallons and add to the fruit mixture.
