Individual Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced cooked chicken breast (skinned before cooking and without salt)
3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. evaporated skimmed milk
1/4 c. egg substitute
1 Tbsp. reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
vegetable cooking spray
1/3 c. whole cranberry sauce
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients; divide equally into 6 (6 ounce) custard cups coated with cooking spray.
Cover loosely with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Uncover and let stand 5 minutes.
Remove chicken from custard cups.
Top each serving with cranberry sauce.
