Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can milk
    1 can mild green chilies
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    large flour tortillas
    16 oz. block mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Boil in salt water the chicken; cool and debone.
    Set aside. Heat all chicken soup, milk, green chilies, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Set aside.
    Layer in 2-quart casserole dish, lightly greased, large flour tortillas, chicken soup mixture and grated cheese.
    Layer until all ingredients are used up.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour until cheese is melted and food is heated through.
