Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 c. margarine
    2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute in 1 cup margarine until soft the onion, celery and pepper.
    Add the frozen chopped broccoli and the mushroom soup. Cook the rice in 2 cups water with 1 teaspoon butter and the salt for about 15 minutes.
    Add Cheez Whiz to rice.
    Mix all together with sauteed mixture.
    Put into lightly buttered casserole; top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Makes 4 quarts.
