Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. corn oil (vegetable)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 large can pumpkin or 1 1/2 small cans pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well.
    Add can of pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients, add to mixture and then add water.
    Mix well.
    Raisins and nuts may be added if desired.
    Makes 2 loaves, 3 medium loaves or 4 small loaves.
    Grease pans and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven; large loaves for 1 hour, medium loaves for 40 minutes and small loaves for 30 minutes.
    Toothpick comes out clean when done.
