Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 to 4 carrots
    2 to 3 medium potatoes
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 green pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    dash of Beau Monde
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Cut up carrots, potatoes and green pepper.
    Put in heavy roaster.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add seasonings and tapioca. Cover tightly and bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
