Easy Low-Fat Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans Luck's chili hot beans
    1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's ready chunky chili tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 stalks chopped celery
    4 carrots, chopped
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots and celery with salt and pepper until tender in separate pot.
    Combine all other ingredients and cook on medium heat 15 minutes.
    Add drained carrots and celery; cook on low 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
