Stir-Fried Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flank steak
3 Tbsp. reduced sodium or regular soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
1/2 c. beef broth
1/4 tsp. black pepper
5 slices (1/4-inch thick)
fresh ginger (optional)
Preparation

Cut steak with the grain into 2-inch wide strips.
Then cut each strip across the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices.
In a medium bowl, combine the steak and soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil and 2 teaspoons cornstarch.
Stir to coat steak and set aside.
