Stuffed Veal Cutlets(Vitello Cotoletta Ripieni) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices veal cutlets (thin)
    12 slices Prosciutto
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
