Potato And Carrot Packets On Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    4 carrots
    1 large onion
    4 pats butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes and carrots about 1/4 inch.
    Peel onion; slice thin.
    Tear off 4 pieces of heavy-duty foil about 18 x 12-inches.
    Rub some butter into the center of each piece. Distribute evenly the potatoes, carrots and onion onto the foil. Add salt, pepper and pats of butter.
    Fold up packets, closing off the ends.
    Place on a hot grill and cook for about 45 minutes, turning once during cooking.
