Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 (7 oz.) can green chiles
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Arrange chiles in a layer over bottom of dish.
Cover with cheese.
Blend eggs, salt, milk and Bisquick mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
