Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Mix oil, sugar and eggs for 2 minutes. Add flour and milk alternately. Add vanilla and coloring. Pour into greased and floured pans. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely before icing.
