Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    In a large bowl, mix broccoli, mushroom soup, mayo, egg and Velveeta cheese. Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Set aside.
