Tuna Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie crust
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish, drained
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, chopped or grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. chives
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bake pie crust at preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Distribute tuna over the bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese and onion over tuna.
    Beat eggs; add milk, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Pour over tuna mixture.
    Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until top is golden.
    Remove from oven and let set a few minutes before cutting.
