Vegetarian Tomato Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. red cooking wine
    mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, green pepper, okra and celery
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in cooking oil.
    Add chopped tomatoes, water, paste, bouillon, spices and cooking wine.
    Simmer.
    Chop vegetables, using whichever vegetables you prefer.
    Add generous amounts to sauce.
    Simmer 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve hot over pasta.
