Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes; mash until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
Cool and cover.
May be kept in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
